Jñāna:
The knowledge existing in the shaastras need to be polished and adapted for the technology. This task is not trivial. Rather it is as hard as mining gold.

Objectives
- The main objective of this project is to develop computational modules that will change the word order in a given Sanskrit shloka so as to suit the native word order of the target language. Since Sanskrit word-order is free, and due to the re-ordering following the target language the sannidhi (the projectivity principle) is not violated, this module will act as an important component of the Sanskrit analyser in the Machine Translation system. We propose to develop this anvayakrama generator for the following 5 languages, in addition to the improvements in the existing HIndi module Marathi. Telugu, English, German and French.
